What is CCWA?

Founded in 2010, the Collegiate Council on World Affairs (CCWA) is a social and academic student organization at The Ohio State University, dedicated to the education, discussion, and appreciation of all things international affairs.

Our purpose is to provide students with a forum in which they can develop their knowledge and understanding of the world around them. We do this through a variety of activities, including our Model UN conferences, weekly meetings, lectures from distinguished guest speakers, university events, and much more!

Since our inception, CCWA has expanded with the addition of three branches: Model United Nations, Alger Magazine, and the United Nations Association at The Ohio State University.

We also are the host of OSUMUN, Ohio State’s annual high school MUN conference.
